REFUNDS:

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please note that we offer exchanges only, and not refunds, for returned items. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist you with exchanging it for another item of equal or lesser value, provided that the item meets our return eligibility criteria. Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@to5for.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item:

    • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
    • Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization slip.
  4. Shipping the Item:

    • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  5. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
    • Upon approval, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.
  6. Exchanged Item Shipment:

    • We will ship the exchanged item to you using the shipping method selected during the exchange process.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue store credit or offer an alternative solution.
  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:
    • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Customized or personalized items.

Exceptions:

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and expedite the exchange process.
  • For exchanges involving items of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  • Exchanges for items purchased during promotional periods may be subject to different terms and conditions.
